01 DocumentationWhat is a peptide certificate of analysis (COA)?
A certificate of analysis is the laboratory report for one specific manufactured batch. It records the identity test, purity result, and method used—typically HPLC—against a lot number. A COA that is not tied to the lot printed on the vial does not document that vial. Search a lot number here.
02 Batch lookupHow do I verify the lot number on my PRP vial?
Every PRP vial carries its lot number on the label beneath the compound name. Enter that lot in the batch lookup to view the compound, strength, measured purity, net peptide content, appearance, report date, and certificate. If a vial is in hand and the lot does not resolve, contact support before handling it or beginning research.
03 EligibilityWho may purchase PRP research compounds?
Access is restricted to qualified researchers age 21 or older purchasing strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory, analytical, or scientific research. Products are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, administration, injection, application, compounding for administration, or therapeutic, medical, cosmetic, supplement, food, drug, or other consumer use.
04 StorageHow should unopened research materials be stored?
Follow the condition printed on the product label and batch documentation. Each product page lists the recommended storage condition for unopened material. Qualified laboratory personnel remain responsible for lawful handling, storage, and suitability.
05 TestingWhat purity standard does PRP ship to?
PRP ships to a documented standard of ≥99.0% purity determined by HPLC and reported per batch on the certificate linked to that lot number. The per-batch result is published on its certificate.
06 FulfillmentHow fast does PRP ship?
In-stock orders placed by 4:30 PM CT Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM CT, at weekends, or on federal holidays go out the next business day.

07 Order supportWhat if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact hello@prplabs.org within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence. Specialized research materials are otherwise final sale unless required by law or approved after review. Read the refund and returns policy.
