This policy outlines our shipping rates, processing times, packaging standards, and handling procedures. We respect federal, state, and city laws. Our shipping restrictions are detailed in the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Orders under $149: $8.00 flat rate
- Orders $149 and over: FREE
Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
- Orders under $275: $14.00
- Orders $275 and over after discounts: FREE
Overnight Shipping (next business day)
- Available at checkout: Will vary based on location.
Shipping rates apply to U.S. domestic orders only. Precision Research Peptides ships within the United States only — we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 4:30 PM CT Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM CT, or on weekends and federal holidays, are processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Packaging Standards
All compounds are shipped in professional, discreet packaging designed for the secure transport of research-grade materials. Lyophilized compounds are packaged to maintain stability throughout transit.
Orders are shipped in sealed, labeled vials consistent with research laboratory handling standards.
We do not ship compounds in conditions that could compromise compound integrity. If you have specific packaging or temperature requirements for your research application, please contact us before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination and service level chosen at checkout.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available via USPS.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to the address on file once your order has shipped. You can also log in to your account and view tracking status under Order History.
If you have not received a tracking email within 1 business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at Support@precisionresearchpeptides.com
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and affected items where applicable.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Precision Research Peptides is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@prplabs.org. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
